Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly, but if you want to change or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order number.
We’ll do our best to assist you if the order hasn’t been processed yet. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or make changes.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
We are not able to change the shipping address after checkout.

When will my pre-sale order ship?
Orders placed during pre-sale events will ship in the order they were received,
starting from the official launch date noted on the product page and receive an email.
What should I do if my package is lost?
if you believe your package is lost in transit, email us at [email protected] with your order number. You may also contact the courier directly using your tracking information.
Please note: After a package has arrived at the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If any items arrive broken, please keep the box and all packing materials.
Email photos of the damage (including front and back of the item, if applicable),
along with your order number, to [email protected] within one week of delivery.
We do not accept claims for items damaged after delivery.
How much is shipping within the US?
Shipping is free within the continental United States on orders over $35.
Orders under $35 ship for a flat fee of $15.
Are WowClick products tested on animals?
No, our products are never tested on animals.
